No jargon. No judgment. No rushing. Just clear, patient steps to help you feel safe and confident online — at your own pace.

THIS PATH IS FOR YOU IF...

You Want to Stay Safe Online Without Feeling Overwhelmed

Scammers specifically target seniors because they know most people haven't been taught what to watch for. That's not your fault — and we're going to fix it together.

Everything here is written in plain language. If something isn't clear, we rewrite it until it is. That's our promise.

  • You've received suspicious phone calls claiming to be from the government or a family member

  • You're not sure if an email or text message is real or a scam

  • You want to use your phone and computer with more confidence

  • Someone you love has asked you to be more careful online

3 Quick Wins to Start Right Now

These three simple steps make you safer today. No tech skills needed.

Know the 3 Signs of Every Scam

Every scam uses the same 3 things: urgency ("act now"), emotion (fear or excitement), and a demand for action (pay, click, or share). If you see all 3, it is a scam. Every time.

Use This Response for Any Suspicious Call

No matter what they say, calmly respond: "Let me call you back." Then hang up and look up the real number yourself. Real organizations will not pressure you to stay on the line.

Set Up Your Phone Lock Screen

Go to your phone Settings and look for Screen Lock or Face ID. Make sure your phone locks automatically after 1 minute. This one step protects everything on your phone.
